Departing from the Waianae Boat Harbor, this is a fun whale watch cruise along Oahu's west shore, ideal if you are staying in the Ko Olina resort area. On Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, this whale watch cruise is on the 65-foot sailing catamaran Ko Nau Lani. For a whale watch tour on board the 42-foot powerboat called The Beach, make your reservation on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. (Vessels are subject to change without notice. Please call to confirm if you want to book your tour on a specific boat).

Where and When:
While Waianae Harbor is under renovations there will be a temporary check-in change. Meet next to the bathrooms at the Harbor Masters Office. From there the tour will go to Dock A for departure.

Departs at 1:30 pm. Returns at 3:30 pm.

This tour is operated on either one of the following two vessels:
The Ko Nau Lani is a 65-foot sailing catamaran with an 80-passenger capacity.
The Beach is a 42-foot powerboat monohull with a 19-passenger capacity.
Restrictions:
Effective September 13, 2021, a new initiative called Safe Access Oahu, which was issued by the Mayor of Honolulu, will begin. What this means is:
* Guests may limit their cabin time to 15 minutes per trip or show a COVID-19 vaccine card OR COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours, (picture or app) to any crew member to linger longer.
* Our boats have multiple outdoor areas, and we will limit cabin entry duration. We will not need to visually screen each and every guest's proof of vaccine/test card and will allow people with neither one to still attend because this an outdoor experience except for limited cabin entry.
* Our online waiver form documenting last-date vaccine/test will be our avenue for mass screening. Any actual visual checks of guest cards or tests will only have to happen if a guest wants to nap, eat, or remain inside the indoor cabin for longer than 15 minutes.
